After reading this funny take, I began thinking about Felicity. Wasn't that show great? I remember watching it in high school, and seeing Felicity go to college in New York City made me eager to go off to school. It was fun watching her make cool new friends, fall in love and wear an endless array of fantastic sweaters. Those sweaters, along with cords, peacoats, boots and loungewear get that away-at-university vibe just right -- even if I'm past the days of cramming for exams.

Cabin Fever

Whether it's chosing a place to live or a place to travel, I'm typically a city girl. I love the energy found in a metropolis, and the fact that there's always something to do, see or experience that makes you feel so alive.

That said, Toast's new house&home catalogue has me wanting to find a little cabin out in the country and shack up for a long weekend. We'd hike in the fresh air, spend an evening by a log fire and fall into a bed of flannel sheets.

Okay, so a weekend like this probably isn't in my near future, but these catalogue photos are good daydream starters.

So Toasty

Dang it! I am trying so hard to enjoy the last legs of summer. But all the adorable, lush and utterly wonderful fall fashion is making that hard. 

I mean, take a look at Toast's early fall line. How can you not start to crave crispy air and crunchy leaves underfoot?
