Sky High

After the busyness and richness of the holidays, and as a new year approaches, I always crave simplicity. Perhaps that's why I find this Marin County home, featured in Sunset, so appealing. It's LEED-certified, with gorgeous materials, clean lines and clever, inspiring ideas. Have a look:

    I like that! You are right, simplicity is nice after so much excess. I love that grassy balcony to do yoga on! How cool.

    I know what you mean. I always choose simplicity over anything else, even for Christmas decoration, but I like to see the shops and streets without all the glitter that so often is too tacky.
