Breath of Fresh Air

I  know I shouldn't complain about winter, especially this year when it's been so mild -- at least compared to the record-breaking amounts of snow we've gotten the past few years. But I can't help it. I'm ready for spring! So I'm going to dream about sunshine and flowers and rain showers, and I'm going to pretend I'll be spending spring in this lovely waterfront Victorian in Massachusetts, featured in Better Homes and Gardens. Doesn't it feel so fresh and cheerful?

    Love the paint colors. I'd never think to do yellow, green, and blue in such closely adjoining rooms, but it works!

    Wow - that house is amazing. I love gray and white houses. It's the perfect backdrop for bright pink flowers surrounding the house. And I'm also a huge fan of big front porches. The is a must when we buy our first home.

    This is totally my style. My house is gray with white trim because I seen a big house like this in GA that I loved. I also use framed art and pastels.

    I know the feeling! Today I was coming home and it started snowing and the only thing I could think of was 'Oh my God! I have to go to a place warm really soooon!"
    London is freezing today!

    Lovely pictures, really inspiring. Let's hope Spring isn't so far away as it seems at the moment.

    This posts makes me WISH for sunny days and warm breezes. I agree, this winter hasn't been that bad compared to last year, but I'm still ready for the Spring. Looking at these pictures I'm thinking a. I want that kitchen and b. I really need to clean my house.... : ) Let's hope spring comes soon!
