This weekend was lovely. The weather was unusually warm, which meant we took lots of walks outside and opened the windows of our house to let in fresh air. (And of course I forgot to set my clocks ahead; I never remember daylight saving's time!)
While I know it's too early to pack up my sweaters and boots, I am dreaming about sundresses and spring-y colors. Diane von Furstenberg's spring 2012 collection -- with its easy yet ladylike silhouettes and soft, pretty hues -- seems like the ideal aesthetic to set my sights on now.

I adore DVF!! Loved this collection. Happy spring Katie!!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of my favourites! The beautiful colours and flattering cuts have me swooning!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely collection. I agree, it was a lovely weekend but I know I shouldn't pack up my winter clothes just yet. The hubby and I managed to it a couple of walks in as well and also opened the windows in the house :)
ReplyDeleteA pleated skirt and pastels are always good ideas for spring. :)

I especially love the last look. Coincidentally, I'm featuring one of DVF's dresses in tomorrow's post on blue dresses for spring.
ReplyDeleteI love this collection. DVF is always an inspiration. I especially love the peach one shoulder dress. Would be perfect for a spring wedding : )
