A "Notting Hill townhouse." It sounds pretty nice already, doesn't it? Well, this home, featured in Elle Decor, doesn't disappoint. It's quite masculine with some glamorous touches. I've always been intrigued by curved sofas, I love bold art and I'm more than a little smitten with the tailored garden. Let's have a look:

Royal Recap
So did you watch William and Kate exchange vows? I loved the royal wedding and was surprised at how many sweet moments there were amid all the pomp and tradition. I truly hope the newlyweds have a happy life together.
On a much smaller note, my royal wedding party was great fun. I decorated the dining room table with maps and brochures from our most recent trip to London and topped it with plates of muffins, pastries and fruit salad. My girlfriends and I donned pretty rings and tiaras -- even the pup wore a little crown for a moment -- and sat around the living room chatting, eating, sipping coffee, laughing, sharing memories of our own weddings and watching the love story play out on television. It was a perfect way to experience the big day.

A Perfect Time
We've been back from London for a bit now, but I keep thinking about the amazing trip we had in the beautiful city. We walked through parks, streets and churches. We stopped into cafes and pubs. We cruised the Thames and explored neighborhoods. And we had wonderful time together. It was truly a special experience, one to remember always.
Here are a few memories:

London Calling
I'm so excited I can hardly stand it: On Saturday morning my husband and I will be off to a week in London! It's one of my favorite cities in the world and we've never been there together. It will be the biggest trip we've taken just the two of us and it means a lot to both of us. We have a full itinerary planned, yet the days could dissolve into seeing a few sites and then walking through neighborhoods and parks and having fun and a few pints in pubs. I can't wait to see where this adventure leads!Photo from here.
